  I had several watch batteries replaced about 2 months ago. All of them are holding up nicely and I'm just getting around to leaving this review. The staff was very friendly and I was able to wait while the work was being done. 4 watches done in about 15 minutes. The price was the best by far and I felt like this store knew alot about watches and how they worked and/or repairs if needed. I called a different store much closer in the Keller area and they gave me all sorts of run around about "they had to see the watch first" and "if it was a certain back they had to send it off". Not to mention the were twice the cost. Basically no training at that place in Keller, they were just salespeople. However, at Instant Jewelry, there was one pic in the reviews of a watch completely disassembled, this left me with some confidence that they could easily do some battery replacement. Well, there you go. Battery replacement is highly recommended and I'll return myself when the time comes. They also did other repairs and seemed to have a nice selection of other jewelry and watches. Summary: Fast Service, Great Price and Quality work. What else can you ask for?
